WispStation & Ubiquiti Customer Support Service I am a Ubiquiti customer for some time now owing hardware such as RouterStation boards, couple of Bullets, a WispStation and a LightStation. as a customer that have paid for those products I expect a basic support service and feel that this service is crucial for a company that wants to keep its customers satisfied and thereof growing in numbers. I have repeatedly directed a very few technical crafted questions about Ubiquiti products to the info and sales email account but the only information I ever received was to post my questions to the forum which I find very unsatisfactory if not unprofessional. Thereof I am following their advise and making a post here in hopes that I will receive an answer about Ubiquiti products from the official Ubiquiti support channel. I am trying to develop latest openwrt support for the WispStation but so far I am unable to use the serial pins of that board. The pins look alike the ones on the RouterStation but I don't get any output on the serial console as I do with the RouterStation. I've tried with couple of new WispStations boards on the e-wifi Lab (http://www.e-wifi.gr/) but with no success though. can you please advise if it's possible to use the serial pins on the WispStation and the proper method? thank you in advance, Best Regards, -- Alexandros C.
